Telling stories is an important part of being a filmmaker, and can be an incredibly powerful way to connect with your audience and client base. In this advert I focused on capturing how clients of the KLF Health & Fitness programme integrated it into their daily lives. That meant filming and interviewing some of KLF's most loyal customers,

January Fitness Programme AD 2021
I was tasked with creating a video that captured the essence of what Keris was offering on her programme at the start of 2021. We wanted to make something that mirrored the personal and engaging style Keris uses on her social media to connect with her "Girl Gang" that subscribe to her programme. As this was filmed during the pandemic we were limited in where we could film, but managed to safely shoot in multiple locations in a single day, giving us a variety of footage to use that conveyed what is offered to her clients if they join.

It's important for me as a filmmaker to show the reality of a situation, but to always show that there is hope. During 2020 it was even harder to workout when the COVID 19 pandemic struck. Keris wanted to create an inspirational video that not only sold her business, but motivated her clients to never give up in the face of adversity. Using archive footage provided by Keris and her clients, I created this film that aimed to send that clear and powerful message.
