I worked alongside fellow film maker Gareth Sanders as Visual Echo to produce a number of films for Kier Construction conveying their commitment to education, development and opportunity within their company. We profiled a variety of young people who had entered the company through university or otherwise, showing how they have been trained and nurtured to become valuable members of Kier Construction.
